Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Where Veludurthi Technologies offers a paid subscription, the applicable plan, billing frequency, and price will be presented to you before purchase, or confirmed in a separate order form or agreement with your organization.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting Veludurthi Technologies at phaniveludurthi@gmail.com or via our contact page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Notice period required for cancellation: [REFUND PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED].

3. Renewal

Where a subscription automatically renews, Veludurthi Technologies will make the renewal terms clear at the time of purchase. You may turn off auto-renewal by contacting us before the renewal date.

4. Refund eligibility

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Veludurthi Technologies or its payment processor may retry the charge or notify you to update your payment method. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension of the Services, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

6. Duplicate payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same subscription period in error, contact us immediately at phaniveludurthi@gmail.com with your payment details so we can investigate and, where confirmed, process a refund of the duplicate charge.

7. Accidental payments

If you believe a payment was made in error (for example, an unintended purchase), contact us promptly. Accidental payments will be reviewed and, where confirmed, refunded in accordance with this policy.

8. Service termination

If Veludurthi Technologies terminates the Services for reasons other than your breach of the Terms, any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription may be refunded on a prorated basis, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Prorated refunds

10. Non-refundable situations

Except as described in this policy or required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, including where a Customer has simply chosen not to use the Services during that period, or where a subscription is cancelled for a Customer's breach of the Terms.

11. Payment disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact Veludurthi Technologies first at phaniveludurthi@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve it directly before you contact your bank or payment provider.

12. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting Veludurthi Technologies may delay resolution. Veludurthi Technologies reserves the right to suspend the Services associated with an account that initiates a chargeback while a dispute is under review, and to provide relevant transaction records to the payment processor or card network as part of the chargeback process.
